It's not clear what's this is about. For someone to reproduce you need to
provide a list of fonts (with versions) that you have installed, Wine font
replacements settings, fontconfig settings.

This one looks like grayscale AA rendering to me, most likely with hinting
enabled, that makes certain parts lighter than they should be.

This one is aliased, using bitmaps or not depending on particular font.

This one looks like a fallback failure to me, because System font is mixed with
Chinese glyphs.
