I can confirm that no pages (except the game library) work in Steam via Wine. I
have used "winetricks corefonts", and ms-ttf fonts are installed system-wide. I
am also using Arch Linux. Maybe the bug report is not accurate, or maybe there
are other problems with the same symptoms?

I'm running steam via a terminal and I can not see anything referring to fonts
in the output.
