Hello Eric,

Austin already said what I was going to answer: the claim about broken .NET
Framework 1.1 winetricks recipe is old and not valid anymore.

Please provide a proof that whatever graphics problem was present years ago is
still present with Wine 1.7.55
It is pointless to investigate a Wine version from stone age.

If the graphics bug is still present provide detailed information, such as
terminal output, error messages, screenshots, example code.

Again: install .NET Framework 1.1 the preferred way using 'winetricks' and
recent Wine version.
