[Bug 39445] Drag and drop in Foxit Reader doesn't work anymore

1) Download Foxit Reader from here:
https://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/latest.php?product=Foxit-Reader&platform=Windows&version=7.2.2.0929&package_type=exe&language=English

2) Install it with Wine.

3) Launch "FoxitReader.exe".

4) Drag and drop a pdf file from your desktop or from your file manager onto
Foxit Reader's window.

Expected result: Foxit Reader should open the pdf file you dragged and dropped.
Actual result: nothing happens.

Alexandre, please let me know if you need any more information.
