I assume you encountered this problem because you have compiled only a 64-bit
version, without corresponding 32-bit counterpart. This is not a valid
configuration. By design Wine only supports two configurations:

- pure 32-bit wine builds
- combined 32-bit (wow64) and 64-bit build

I also moved this to the Wine product because I don't see anything Wine Staging
specific here.
