Note that to spare users some confusion (and the initial crash), one can hide
the 'My Network Places' icon. You just have to set the following registry
value:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\Open
Find\Places\StandardPlaces\Publishing]
"Show"=dword:00000000
