There is some some information here about HASP but white paper and other
documentation require registration to view:

There is also a free trial to play with there (still requires registration to
access).

Appears to be an out of the box solution for integrating software and hardware
level DRM into a software package. They claim to support many different
platforms apart from Windows (including Linux) for both the developer and end
user targets.

So, not sure what value there is trying to resolve an issue with a Windows
driver not loading in Wine if this pertains to the SDK which has multi-platform
support.
