SteamWebhelper backtrace from WINE 1.8-rc2

This issue continues to occur on WINE 1.8-rc2 freshly compiled from source and
with a clean prefix.

The webhelper crashes when launching Steam via "wine Steam.exe" in terminal and
the webhelper crashes randomly while using Steam.
