as said by OP, there's lag in general with mouse movement, it is very bearable
when in normal mode, but when you zoom in the sluggishness increases
considerably, it's still possible to manage in normal difficulty, but it does
affect the gameplay and I can't imagine having to deal with it at higher
difficulties. wine version 1.8rc1
