This is one of the reason to wrong behavior. 
Imagine a car that broke its wheel jumping on small stone. You tell that the
stone is reason. I tell that the wheel was bad reliability... New changes in
wine causes same bug again. New stone fragment on the road and new breakage.
OK, you are right, we should clean up roads.
