[Bug 39201] SkySaga msi installer does not start installation

Screenhero seems to run into the same problem. Nothing happens when you click
on "INSTALL" and the msi log looks very similar. You can download the installer
from http://www.chip.de/downloads/Screenhero_61116661.html without
registration.
