I had a similar problem trying to install v3.9.0.3. Tried using the msxml3
winetrick and tried installing as 32 bit instead of 64 bit, to no avail.

Then I had a hunch and installed CameraWindow as well as DPP when running the
full disk installer. Hey presto! it worked!
