Can this bug get confirmed plz? 

It seems like a very old issue, CS5 had the same problem.
(https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?p=71176#71176) Fireworks is the last
version that will be ever done and it is the best in class graphic software for
web developers.

Apart form the dragging issue it installs and seems to work really well.
