The file has changed 187M vs 144M (comment 2)

I did winetricks -q dotnet40 corefonts before hand. Not sure if they were even
needed anymore.

The installer starts, but it only opens a small window with black content. And
spams a lot fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),1,0x54ae550,0x00000000),
stub!

wine-staging seem to go forward with this installer with few issues.

wine 1.7.53 and wine 1.7.52-staging

So what's the status of this bug? It could be hard to find the original file.
