Hello joel,

please read http://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs on how to properly report bugs.

Obviously a Wine-Mono problem.
You also didn't specify *what* needs to be done for reproducing, i.e. "click
menu X", "select Y".

Works fine with .NET Framework 4.0 in clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX ('winetricks -q
dotnet40').

The app installer requests 'Windows 7' setting.

$ sha1sum SketchUpPro-en.exe 
92f0b900715160de27371239c6de2cafed8a9f77  SketchUpPro-en.exe

$ du -sh SketchUpPro-en.exe 
100M    SketchUpPro-en.exe

$ wine --version
