I have found a Way to fix this Problem

You must write in swkotor2.ini
under 
[Graphics Options]
FullScreen=0 (set it from 1 to 0)
AllowWindowedMode=1 (with this you have a Window not the complete Screen)

Than I have seen the problem is not the combination Alt+Tap. 

Wine forgot the first Intro Videos. You came to the screen what you normal came
say what do you like (Load Game; New Game; Option...) and in this moment you
can't do something.
When you klick outside of the window and than back in the window the missing
Intro Videos running. Than you can play normal.


Sorry for my first false report.
