Confirming. I haven't played Skyrim in about 6 months, so I'm not sure when it
stopped working. I probably won't have time to run a regression test before the
weekend.

This line in my console output seems related:

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x1b4808 "xaudio_dll.c:
