Yes, this is screenshot illustrates this bug. The workaround is use
[tab][enter] to save your changes and exit the dialog box.

It happens with all pop up dialog boxes (change properties of a selected
entity, etc), not just with program setup.

The other item mentioned in my last comment (non-responsive keyboard, unable to
open program, etc.) can be ignored. What is actually occurring is that Turbocad
is VERY slow to open, sometimes taking a minute or more, but it does work
correctly (except for the dialog boxes issue) once it is up and running. 

..and the program still locks up if you try to adjust the light sources for
rendering an image. I would not regard this as a significant concern, however.
