The download link is there help other people to *reproduce* your problem with
exactly the application version you created the bug report for.
This is standard procedure.

Anyway, the bug was likely invalid in first place (broken WINEPREFIX).
Bug reports become automatically invalid if you reused/recycled an existing
WINEPREFIX with multiple applications.
Do that at your own risk, there is no support for this use-case.
