I used same installer link as you. The sha1sum is now

sha1sum SpotifySetup.exe 
e52d558a122e04030ae8fec4693b129bffa78c17  SpotifySetup.exe

I could install it, but it doesnt seem to show the login content. 

I think this bug should be closed as abandoned/invalid. It's too hard to test
the specific version used at report time. And there seems to be nothing wrong
with installing using newer wine and installer.
