Hello Max,
please read http://wiki.winehq.org/BugReports how to properly report bugs.
The information given in this ticket is not sufficient to do anything useful.
"Chaos mail program" -> Which one exactly? Vendor? Download link? Version of
the app?
"bug interferes..." -> Essentially "Something doesn't work". Could you be more
specific of "something"? We don't have a magic glass ball. Maybe "It crashes
when doing X"?
Anyway, with that little information given, I assume OP talks about 'Chaos
Software' and 'Express Plus Chaos Intellect' mail client.
I also assume Wine version 1.7.22 being used (most recent at bug filing date)
but it's only a guess again.
Resolving 'abandoned'. OP didn't bother to provide further information.
Reopen if you still have a problem or all the "guesses" were incorrect.
Be sure to provide all the required information then.
