Hello folks,

the .NET error is likely not the culprit here but essentially means that OP has
a broken WINEPREFIX.
Only report bugs with clean (new!) 64-bit WINEPREFIX.
Don't reuse/recycle existing prefixes - this makes bug reports potentially
invalid.

Also please test with plain Wine, Wine-Staging might already hide more issues
here.
