This appears to be related to browseui.dll.  Money Deluxe Plus is also
affected.  The crash doesn't occur after applying the following workaround.  

regsvr32 /i browseui.dll

regsvr32 output:
...
regsvr32: Successfully registered DLL 'browseui.dll'
regsvr32: Successfully installed DLL 'browseui.dll'

Installation details:

winetricks ie6 (or ie7)
wine Money2005-UK-QFE2.exe.exe
regsvr32 /i browseui.dll

System details: 

wine --version
wine-1.7.44 (Staging)

lsb_release -d
Description:    Fedora release 20 (Heisenbug)

winetricks --version
