No response from anyone who claims to have been affected by this, and the OR
hasn't been heard from in almost 4 years. Many of the comments in this bug are
unrelated to the reported problem.

I've never encountered this issue. Marking WORKSFORME. Reopen if this is still
an issue and you are willing and able to respond to requests for information.
