Not major when only a single application is affected.

The fact that it works with Wine Staging most likely means it is a duplicate of
an already existing bug report.

The best way to find out which Wine Staging patchset fixes it, I would suggest
to run a bisect. The steps are basically similar to
http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting, except that you use it to find the
"first good" patchset, instead of the "first bad" one. If you need help with
bisecting, feel free to ping me in #wine-staging on IRC freenode.
