Due to recent improvements related to xaudio I can select audio devices in the
configuration tool.
Audio is still missing, and console is flooded with
>fixme:xaudio2:IXAudio2Impl_CommitChanges (0x1cee80)->(0x7fffffff): stub!
while the game is running.
