[Bug 27580] First two letters missing from path is "Open With"

It was at one time.  When I was using Scientific Linux 6.7, I had several wine
prefixes.  Now I am on Scientific Linux 7.1 and only have one prefix.  So, I
fixed it.  No symptom change.

Well, no symptom change until I tried it a second time.  Now it is working.

I will go over all my .desktops and correcting the prefix.
