Reopening.  Still going to be present without the fuse solution.  

Should this be something Wine fixes?  I'm not so sure.  How many programs rely
on the .cda track listing?  Just this one so far, and the updated version of
the software on gog no longer uses the codepath.  Not sure if it's enough to
justify the added code and fuse dependency.
