Can be reproduced with SmartDraw 6 trial:
https://archive.org/download/tucows_194850_SmartDraw/smartdraw_trial_tucows.exe

1. create a new prefix with Gecko and wine-mono installed. Install SmartDraw 6
trial (no need to start the application, exit the installer when installation
is finished).
2. launch 'wine uninstaller' and select SmartDraw 6 entry. If you click
<Support Information> you should see that it shows info for Gecko 2.40. Select
<Remove> and you should see that gecko was removed.Select SmartDraw 6 again and
click <Remove>, this time wine-mono is removed.
