Scenario: 
 1. started Explorer.exe under winedbg
 2. started Adobe ADE 4.0 under winedbg
 3. docked and connected Kobo touch
 4. Linux mounts Kobo touch under /media/tigger/KOBOeReader
 5. Browsed to E: drive in Explorer and verified that Kobo touch is mapped to
E: and files are visible
 6. Waited 20 seconds, Kobo still not visible on the menu panel in Adobe ADE
library view.
