Hello folks,

still present.

Fortunately various preceding bugs I mentioned here are resolved in the
meantime - no patches/workarounds needed anymore.

With more time at hand (read: when I'm bored) I might investigate this.
Since that GFWL garbage isn't that widespread/important anymore, its very low
priority.
