[Bug 27244] Wiggles: Indeo movies aren't played

winetricks icodecs will not install Indeo 3.2, which is required by Age of
Wonders. So AFAICS this bug is invalid unfortunately if Wiggles has the same
issue as AoW.

I just tested first without any codecs - black video
Then with winetricks icodecs - black video
Then iv5setup from [1] installing only the Indeo 3.2 codec - video works

I would like anyone else to confirm the hypothesis please.
