1. Dowmload from http://down.sandai.net/thunder7/Thunder_dl_7.9.40.5006.exe

2. run "wine Thunder_dl_7.9.40.5006.exe" to install 

3. wine C:\\Program\ Files\\Thunder\ Network\\Thunder\\Program\\Thunder.exe
-StartType:DesktopIcon

Useing "winetricks riched20" can fix it.
