That part is not very useful.

* 64-bit WINEPREFIX is default with WoW Wine (the app is 32-bit anyway)
* 'winetricks vcrun2008' is not needed since ages

In general, Internet "HOWTOs" from user managed pages/wikis have the tendency
to bitrot very quickly.
They're also potentially doing more harm than good with modern Wine versions as
they taint/break WINEPREFIXEs with unneeded recipes.
