I reduced the "bit rot" and tested on future ubuntu willy version. This bug
should focuse on this problem :

sudo cp /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libgnutls-deb0.so.28
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libgnutls.so.26


which is still present with wine 1.7.50

vc2008 was the solution I've found to suppress the installation errors. But you
right it's not mandatory.
