You never stated the correct reason why it was invalid.  You also felt the
necessity of insulting me for using this forum as a tech support forum.

Resolved in Wine Staging.  Add "start" to the wine run line.  And this was
nothing whatsoever to do with "winetricks" or any of the other weird dll's that
were mentioned here.

Wine Staging is also helping me troubleshoot why creating a fresh Approach
launcher is all screwed up with incorrect values and paths.
