You know on Windows when installing some apps, a window pops up saying
configuring, preparing install or please wait. That's what WINE is missing.
This app shows the dialog.
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347 It will show
Please Wait and then it will change to configuring. Under WINE it shows
nothing.
