Legend of Heroes gstreamer crash with quartz amstream devenum installed

Can confirm this is an issue with 1.9.7 as well. It seems like GStreamer is
demanding some sort of plug-in but which one, I don't know as I have all the
available plug-ins installed via my distro. Backtrace attached.

My distro: Antergos x86_64 (this distro uses all the Arch repos and nothing
else) 
I have all available 32 and 64-bit gstreamer plug-ins: 

lib32-gst-plugins-base 1.6.3-1

lib32-gst-plugins-good 1.6.3-1

gst-libav 1.6.3-3 (this plug-in provides gst-ffmpeg-1.8.0-1, I installed the
32-bit and 64-bit versions of this plug-in to no effect)
