[Bug 40337] Mouse pointer translation & mouse-keyboard combination of VerbAce Dictionary do not working

Hi. 

First, I can not edit contents of original post to make it of single issue.
Only I can change title but not contents of 1st post, so will continue of 2
elements.

Second, I thought 2 issue related each to other, for that I included both in
single bug. Sorry if this wrong.

Regarding terminal, it yeld NOTHING in both cases: when I put mouse pointer
over any word (English or Arabic) no translation box appear near pointer
showing translation of word to oposit language niether any thing appeared in
terminal. Also, this is the case when I use alt+left mouse click (or other
custum combination.

Please when you fix this bug take in your attention that both feature should
working whether user open document (like PDF) by native Linux program (like
document viewer) or windows program installed by wine (like PDF-Xchange
Editor).

Currently, both features not working whether open document by native Linux
application nor by windows program.
