Wine 1.9.7 Staging. 

Steps to reproduce: 

Download the installer. 
Run it via "wine PhysX-9.15.0428-SystemSoftware.exe"


It manages to check the system and lets you agree to the license agreement but
then it completely fails afterwards.

This issue occurs in 32-bit and 64-bit prefixes.
