with wine 1.9.8-git I get a popup error message, with wine-staging 1.9.8 I dont
see such a popup, but the whole screen is just black and these are printed at
console.

fixme:d3d:state_monoenable Render state WINED3D_RS_MONOENABLE not implemented
yet.
