Native d3dx9_29.dll is installed.
With built-in xaudio libraries the game shows an error message on start:
'Failed to init XACT' then crashes.

Class ID {0aa000aa-f404-11d9-bd7a-0010dc4f8f81} belongs to xactengine2_0.dll.
