Testing with Wine 1.9.15, WinUAE 2.3.3 and 2.4.0 with -norawinput command-line
argument, this issue seems to be fixed.

You don't actually need an example disk image for testing, just clicking Start
then after a while pressing F12 should work. But you could try
ftp://ftp.amigascne.org/pub/amiga/Groups/R/Red_Sector/RSI-MegademoA.dms
