These 2 patches implement the function needed by Battle.net:

I tested them but now there is a new issue when the function is called:
fixme:msvcp:_Mtx_init_in_situ unknown flags ignored: 2
wine: Unhandled page fault on execute access to 0x00000000 at address (nil)
(thread 00d0), starting debugger...
