Windows DxDiag DirectInput section

Hereby what DxDiag registers in the DirectInput section on Windows.

The hardware location for the controllers on Windows are:
- XBOX_360_DEVICE_00:00
- XBOX_360_DEVICE_00:02
Where XBOX_360_DEVICE_00 is the Wireless Receiver with hardware location
Port_#0002.Hub_#0002.
