To change file times:
Total Commander Wine: Files, Change Attributes
Double Commander: Files, Change Attributes
Linux Shell: touch -r, touch -d, touch -t

File time changes from TC are applied VFAT and ext mounts. File time changes
from TC are ignored on NTFS mounts. Linux touch and Double Commander are able
to change the file time on NTFS mounts.
