I believe this bug is fixed now.

I can't test this with wine-git since my configuration is somehow broken and it
lacks needed audio-devel files. There is a bug open about this, but not that
easy to find. 

I just tested this bug against wine-staging 1.9.16 and then 1.9.17 and 1st
attempt was a crash and it worked with the newer wine which includes the
changes mentioned.
