Turned out that the issue I was having with the stamp key was not a wine
regression/bug but an Enlightenment issue.

The font are conflicting with DARNUI so this is the reason of the glitchy text
on the image. This is an official Oblivion bug, not related to wine at all.

P.S I noticed that when installing Oblivion in wine directly the d3dx9_27.dll
in system32 and syswow64 change from a 2kB file to a 2.5(+ or -)MB file. I was
careful to completly avoid this beheviour before testing this time
