Wine 1.9.17 32-bit with HDC patch + Adobe Premiere Pro CS3

Tested your patch with wine 1.9.17 + Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 (x86). I got no
terminal complaints about HDC. There are still minor glitches visible but the
situation has somewhat improved, though (see attachment).
