The executable in question, familytreepublisher.exe, is part of MyHeritage
Family Tree Builder. AFAICT, it is not meant to be launched directly, but is
called by the main executable, MyHeritage.exe, when you click Sync
(publishing). However, it probably shouldn't crash when launched directly even
if that's not how it's meant to be used, so I'm reluctant to call this invalid.

In 1.9.24, it starts and then closes when launched directly, but there is no
crash, so marking WORKSFORME.
